We welcome requests from food vendors to set up and sell during Old Fashioned Farmers Days. All contracts subject to approval and space/electricity availability. Please contact Mary Harris for more information. Vendor contract, certificate of insurance, and payment are due by May 1, 2018. The City of Van Wert requires the proper type of fire extinguisher at all food vendor sites. All food vendors must comply, no exceptions. A valid State of Ohio Food License is required. Are you a crafter or vendor? Come join the fun in Van Wert, Ohio displaying your creations and good at the Old Fashioned Farmers Days. Each booth with be 10' X 10' with electric available. Tables available for a small fee. If the Commercial Building fills up, the Midway will be available. Baked goods, wood crafts, florals, jewelry, home-based businesses - whatever your niche.

Swap Meet area during the show will feature strictly gas engines, tractor, truck, and equipment-related parts. $5.00 per day (no charge on Sunday) for a 40' x 20' area. Camping available for $10.00 per day for swap meet participants, with electric and possible water, depending on campsite location.

We would like to invite you to participate in the Indian Artifacts program, which will be held on Saturday, June 30 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to show some of their collections and give the visitors a new knowledge of Indian Artifacts found in our surrounding areas. Artifacts have been found in the fields of Van Wert County and surrounding counties, which would be of interest to many local residents.

We welcome anyone who would like to offer items for sale at our Trading Post during Old Fashioned Farmers Days. Items can be brought to the Trading Post, located at the Agricultural Bldg. OFFA gets 10% of selling price, with a $50 maximum. Price changes must be recorded at office. The office maintains official current selling price. The Trading Post is open Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 9am to 5pm. Payouts from 4:30-5:30pm each day. Unsold items must be picked up on Saturday between 5:30-7:30pm. Any remaining items will be included in the consignment auction on Sunday at 12 noon.
